Dedicated to helping our clients to accurately diagnose and treat their patients, Genoptix understands the pain and difficulty associated with obtaining hematologic specimens and treats every specimen as if it were their own. The Genoptix Client Services Department is specifically trained to support the needs of Hematology-Oncology offices.

Client Services Representatives are available:

5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST, Monday-Thursday
5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST, Friday
7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PST, Saturday
