CHARTSM Comprehensive Hematopathology Assessment and Review over Time
When a follow up or subsequent COMPASS Blood or Bone Marrow Evaluation is requested on the same patient, Genoptix will provide CHART. CHART can help determine disease progression, assess residual disease, and monitor response to treatment, by correlating all prior COMPASS technologies and results in the context of:
- The current clinical question (is there residual disease present?)
- The patient clinical history, including treatment (as provided)
- The current blood and/or bone marrow findings as compared to previous studies
As with COMPASS, the CHART report delivers this information in an easy to reference, concise, one to two page format with relevant patient-specific photomicrographs and histograms from any or all of the prior COMPASS work-ups, and whenever possible, is reviewed and compiled by the previously assigned Genoptix Hematopathologist. |
